Residential Fee Schedule
If the cost approach needs to be competed an additional $25.00 fee is to be added. The aforementioned fees apply to properties under $400,000 and on no more than 10 acres. If a property is not typical for the area, is on more than ten acres or is over $400,000, the fee may be increased. However, this would be discussed with the loan officer or person ordering the appraisal prior to completion of the appraisal. All commercial, industrial or other general type appraisal fees will be quoted by our commercial department at the time of the appraisal request. Depending on the significance of the assignment, we may expand our coverage area upon request. We require appraisal orders to be made by fax or e-mail.
